Pearl Street Arts Fest Artist Invitational
2025 BIPOC Artist Invitational
In 2024, the Pearl Street Arts Fest launched a new BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) Artist Invitational, that showcased work from four remarkable artists. In 2025, we are excited to continue the Artist Invitational with one returning and three new local artists who are skilled at a variety of mediums.
All 111 Pearl Street Arts Fest artists represent a range of diverse mediums and artists of all ages, geographies, and identities. The Downtown Boulder Partnership is committed to advancing the conversation about diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and justice, and believes that this commitment requires creating intentional, inclusive programming. We acknowledge that the art world has historically excluded and marginalized BIPOC artists, often overlooking their profound contributions and unique perspectives. This invitational is part of our ongoing efforts to address this legacy of non-inclusion by bringing together emerging and established artists to amplify underrepresented voices, promote equality, and emphasize the importance of diversity in the arts.
Invitational booths are located throughout the festival along the Pearl Street Mall. Take a moment to get to know the invited artists below before visiting their booths at the festival.
